Claire Dearing is the former Operation Manager at the now closed Jurassic World. She was in charge of the park during the 2015 Jurassic World Incident until Simon Masrani's death, after which the Masrani Global Board reassigned emergency operations to InGen Security.

Owen Grady

At some point prior to the Jurassic World Incident, Claire Dearing and Owen Grady went out on what proved to be a disastrous first date. Reminiscing sometime later, Grady blamed their incompatible on Claire's 'uptightness', citing her need for an Itinerary. Dearing retaliated blaming Grady's lack of appropriate attire and laid back attitude.
