Vic Hoskins was the head of InGen Security. He was present on Isla Nublar during the 2015 Jurassic World Incident and used Simon Masrani's death to leverage control of Jurassic World and launch the final phase of Project I.B.R.I.S., a field test. This proved to fatal however as Hoskins was killed by the very Velociraptors he helped to release.
