The Locust Plague was an ecological disaster in 2022 in which genetically engineered Locusts began decimating the world's food supply. The Locusts originated from BioSyn Genetics' Hexapod Allies program. Despite attempts to cover up evidence, the crisis was eventually averted by Henry Wu utilising research by the late Charlotte Lockwood.
