Apatosaurus was a species of herbivorous sauropod that lived during the Late Jurassic period. It was resurrected by InGen through the process of De-Extinction and exhibited at Jurassic World on Isla Nublar until its abandonment in 2015.

It was one of several species rescued from the island in 2018 after Mt. Sibo became active and threatened their existence.
