Soyona Santos is a black market broker, operating out of the Amber Clave Night Market in Malta. During the Locust Plague of 2022, she arranged the kidnapping and transport of Maisie Lockwood and the Velociraptor Beta for BioSyn. Though successfully in her mission, she was captured by the French Intelligence and the CIA shortly after.
