The Staff Jeep was the primary mode of travel for the employees of Jurassic Park at Isla Nublar when working out in the Park. A fleet of Jeeps was in service at the Park in 1992 during the Jurassic Park Incident. They were left to rust with the rest of the park until they were rediscovered in 2015, during the Jurassic World Incident.

Production

Three Jeep Wranglers (The 1992 Sahara Edition in Sand Beige) were purchased by production for use in the film. Two automatics and one manual that would become the Hero Picture Car.

Jurassic World

Legacy

  1. Although obscured in the film, a lightbar was present on the vehicle during its first appearance in the Triceratops Paddock. It was likely removed in subsequent scenes as the windshield was to be destroyed in the chase with the Tyrannosaur.
