Roland Tembo was a big game hunter from Mombassa, Kenya. At the behest of his companion Ajay Sidhu he joined InGen's Harvest Expedition to Isla Sorna to recover a selection of genetically recreated dinosaurs for a new theme park in San Diego. The expedition was a disaster, due to sabotage from a second group however the team were still able to recover a male Tyrannosaur thanks to Tembo's efforts.
