The Arcadia was a large Cargo Vessel used by the Lockwood Foundation during the Isla Nublar Crisis to transport the surviving animals of Isla Nublar to the Lockwood Estate in California.

Originally, the Arcadia would have been unloaded at the Lockwood Estate via its rear cargo doors just as it had been loaded. However after the sequence of Claire, Owen and Franklin sneaking onto the ship had been shot, it was decided to have forward cargo doors added to the ships bow, and have the convoy drive off that way.

Jurassic World: Dominion

The working title of the Jurassic World: Dominion whilst in production was Arcadia, alluding to the vessel that had brought the dinosaurs to the mainland in the previous film.
