Jurassic Park: San Diego was InGen's first venture into building a theme park featuring genetically cloned Dinosaurs. It was abandoned in 1985 in favour of a Resort Destination on Isla Nublar. It was resurrected in 1997 by Peter Ludlow to rescue a floundering InGen. It was abandoned again following the San Diego Incident.
