Main Street was a long promenade of shops, restaurants and and entertainment facilities in Sector 3 of Jurassic World, at the north side of the Jurassic World Lagoon. It was heavily damaged during the 2015 Jurassic World Incident in a skirmish between the Indominus Rex, Tyrannosaurus Rex and Blue.
It was abandoned along with the rest of the Park and fell in to a state of heavy disrepair over the next three years. It was revisited in 2018, during the Isla Nublar Crisis by Claire Dearing and Owen Grady along with members of the Dinosaur Protection Group and Lockwood Foundation. It is unknown how much, if any, of Main Street survived the eruption of Mt. Sibo.

Production
A massive outdoor set was constructed in the former Six Flags New Orleans parking lot to represent Main Street as well as the West Boardwalk for the film. The original intention had been to build inside the park using existing structures as a base to shape the park around. However given the level of deterioration caused by Hurricane Katerina, this idea was abandoned and Production Designer Ed Verreaux devised the idea to use the parking lot to build a massive free standing set instead.
